Conditioning Staff

The PTC program is run by the following team of strength and conditioning specialists from Vince Mini’s House of Pain, a leading Northern California sports conditioning facility:

 

Vince Mini – Vince is a strength and conditioning coach with nearly 30 years of experience in sports conditioning programs. He is certified by the US weightlifting Association; he is also certified on functional movement and a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as serving as an advisory board member. While in high school Vince was an All-American in the sports of baseball, football and wrestling which launched his future to attend Temple University on a football scholarship. He later played professional football for the Philadelphia Eagles. Vince has trained professional, collegiate and high school athletes in the sports of baseball, softball, basketball, football, golf, gymnastics, lacrosse, tennis and track.

 

Gabriel Jackson – Over the last 10 years, Gabriel has developed strength and conditioning training programs for professional, collegiate and high school athletes that play football, basketball, softball, track and field, lacrosse, swimming, rowing crew and soccer. In addition to his Master’s degree in education, he is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a United States Weightlifting Association Level 1, an EPIC Combine Director in Speed Power Agility Reaction Quickness (SPARQ). Gabriel is a certified Strong First Level II Kettlebell instructor and has FMS level 2 certifications. Gabriel has a master's degree in education and is in his 2nd year teaching at Oak Ridge High School.

 

Justin Jackson – After playing Division 1 football at the University of Nevada, Reno Justin coached JV football at Folsom High School for two years before focusing his talents on personal training. He has spent the last five years honing his personal training skills and is certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist, a Performance Exercise Specialist and a National Association Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. Justin has also studied and trained to receive a credential as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA).
